My Psychiatric Drug List

It’s important to keep track of your own psychiatric history drug because you will be asked about it in the future and it is much easier when you have everything written down. I wasn’t smart enough to do this from the beginning, but I requested copies of my medical records later when I was applying for Social Security Disability. 3 Months of Meds & Supplements

Here’s a picture that I shared on Instagram a couple of weeks ago. I had just filled my prescriptions and wanted to show what a 3-month supply of prescription psychiatric meds and supplements looks like for me. My cocktail at the time was Depakote, trazodone, vitamin D, and CBD oil. I also take 2 pills per day for diabetes, use a “Happy Light” as needed for seasonal affective disorder, and take marijuana for existential emergencies.
